    9am discrete math; divisibility, greatest common divisor, euclidian algorithm, fundamental theorem of arithmetic.

    11am commnets, discussed p2p networks (i.e. how bittorrent works), then started on transport layer protocols (udp,tcp) in more detail. Went through an example of a simple protocol and then introducing errors and ways to correct for those errors, eventually arriving at the tcp model

    1pm, 1-hour break. Discussed software engineering project in the pioneer office, basically the layout of the GUI

    2pm stochastics, went over homework. During the break I ordered food from the 4th floor for the first time (turkey sandwich), it was pretty good. Then finished up the reliability topic and went on to finish the chapter

    4pm went to 4th floor and bought some orange soda, one of those brands that comes in glass bottles. Glass bottled soda is just good in general. Took subway home.

    played some fortune summoners, though realized it’d probably be way better with a controller so I decided to stop playing until I get a controller

    worked on OS homework some more, essentially finished other than documentation
