    watched daily lives of high school boys ep8

    11am AI, basically learned probability stuff for like the third time

    noon, commnets, more on TCP and fairness (and fairness issues such as working with UDP, or parallel TCP connections), then started network layer stuff

    1pm stochastics, went over homework

    2pm software engineering, overview of the virtual machines that were set up (how to access things, set up stuff), overview of version control (specifically SVN) and an attempt to set up subclipse. Then more textbook stuff, reference models, architectural styles (pipe+filter, client-server, p2p, publish-subscribe, repositories, layering), design patterns, considerations when designing a system

    got some soda during the break at 3pm but I’m unfamiliar with recycling bins so I think I accidentally put the glass bottle in the bin for metals

    4pm went home

    studied some stochastics
